No matter if you face stressful times as a parent, teacher or manager or in any other profession or specific stage in life, a very simple and short meditation routine can help you to calm down and discover the whole spectrum of awareness in your body and mind. “Wherever you go, there you are”
This workshop is designed to help participants understand and cultivate moment-to-moment awareness through gentle movement, focus on your breath and encouragement of a kinder, more compassionate way of relating to your body and mind.
You will learn how to
• Practice different Mindfulness Meditations that fit easily in your daily life
• Improve your ability to cope with stressful situations
• Release tensions and increase energy
• Increase the ability to relax while resting in the present moment
Each participant will get a podcast with a selection of guided meditations to continue to practice in their daily lives.
Katja Otter studied Business Administration and Economics in Vienna, worked as a SAP Consultant and as a PR & Marketing Manager at the Crown Plaza Hotel Abu Dhabi before she discovered her passion for Yoga and Meditation. She completed the Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in New York and has been teaching all different levels and styles of Yoga in New York, Vienna, Seoul and Tokyo. She is also certified as a Kids Yoga and Prenatal Yoga Teacher as well as Restorative Yoga Teacher. She has her own company Yoga Younited but teaches also at various Yoga studios in Vienna now. She holds workshops and trainings regularly on different topics.
