Susannah currently holds 3 roles as President of Professional Women International in Brussels, a Trustee of the CBI Retirement Fund, and a member of the MBA Advisory Board at Durham University Business School.
She has 20 years' experience in corporate & association governance and capital market regulation, first as a qualified lawyer and then representing her employers and members in public affairs. She has worked in London, Moscow and Brussels and her previous roles include: Secretary General at EuropeanIssuers, representing EU quoted companies, Adviser to the Financial Reporting Council on the introduction of the Stewardship Code for institutional investors, Associate Director (Public Policy) at Fidelity International, Senior Legal Adviser at Clifford Chance and Lawyer at Clifford Chance.
Susannah has spoken publicly on business issues including women entrepreneurship and the business case for equality, corporate governance, investor stewardship and capital market regulation before the UK & EU parliaments and thinktanks, at conferences and round tables to audiences ranging from 20 to 300 people. She has been quoted in the following publications: Financial Times, The Times, Politico, Accountancy Age, BBC, The Independent, The Lawyer.
